Awards Criteria:

  • Impact: measurable results of effect on client business derived from the implementation of the proposed idea. Impact should be quantified (but not restricted to) categories such as: brand awareness, business growth, sales revenue growth, ROI improvement, budget optimization, net profit margins increase.
    • Low: Indirect & mid-low/ low value created from the implementation of the initiative vs project objective KPIs. Only applicable to specific project. Not replicable in the future or other business areas.
    • High: Direct and high/ mid-high value created from the implementation of the initiative vs project objective KPIs. Scalable to future projects or other areas of the client´s business.
  • Scalability: Potential of the idea to be replicated on other verticals, locales, advertisers, SOP. Build a solution that in addition to solving the problem at hand could help other teams and business.
    • Low: Transient. Applicable to small group of advertisers, limited vertical & locales amplification (e.g only Endemic, only ITES)
    • High: Durable in time. Applicable to large group of advertisers, suitable to amplify in all verticals & locales.
  • Disruption: How idea addresses advertiser challenges proposing out of the box solutions or new/untested ideas
    • Low: existing insights applied with out of the ordinary application
    • High: original thinking applying unique insights
  • Customer Centricity: level in which the proposed idea solves a customer problem or fills a business need.
    • Low: Opportunity of growth not directly related or with indirect impact on customer problem/need.
    • High: direct impact on a problem/need brought up by the client or identified by the teams
  • Quality: degree of eligibility of the idea based on clarity of the components of the idea presented i) clear client problem definition ii) degree of details in products, insights and resources used build the solution iii) presentation quality including narrative and storytelling.
    • Low: unclear presentation (objectives, task, methodology). Low insight quality.
    • High: clear and concise presentation. High insight quality.
What do we consider a successful idea
  • Ideas must exemplify outstanding client-centric creative mentality demonstrating that teams have looked at blockers differently and challenged the assumption of what can be possible.
  • Submitted ideas must have been successful in solving a client´s problem, fill in significant customer or business needs, or take and advantage to deliver business growth
Idea submission content requirements
  • Title: Summarize idea in few words title. Must reflect the general content.
  • Description: Explain how your idea reflects the Think Big LP and helps drive long-term business results. Submissions need to cover STAR method walking through situation, task, action and results and the co-participation of account team in the development. VLs and CLs who will review submissions will not have a prior context of ideas. Submissions need to provide insightful information and data in a synthesized way. Pitched Products: Summarize which advertising products presented how these helps driving business growth for the client.
  • Insight Tools: Describe which tools were used to leverage the idea.
  • Other Resources: Include documentation, analysis, presentations used to be revised as a complement to submission and can be used in future when scaling the idea
